People tend to find Rolfing after trying other techniques that just haven't given the promised relief. If you are tired of hurting and are willing to try one more thing, one more time, you ought to seriously consider giving Rolfing a chance. It's a very different approach that treats you and your body as one connected being which you actually are!
Generally there is a commitment to a ten-session series to get at the obvious (to a Rolfer) alignment issues and holding patterns. Assuming there is a specific complaint, there will be more attention paid to that area and its related connections. Rolfing is known to be a fairly rigorous technique and Becky will find the right level of intensity appropriate for each client. She is also versed in other techniques such as cranio-sacral work which is a good balance to the Rolfing work.
