"I have been going to Becky for Rolfing since 2002. I more accident prone than Humpty Dumpty, and unlike all the King's Horses and all the King's Men, Certified Advanced Rolfer Becky Dacus CAN put me back together again. Her ability to provide great relief from a myriad of alignment issues and injuries is why I refer all of my yoga students, friends and family to her. Thanks, Becky for always bringing me back to my center."Heidi L. Audet, ERYT, AYS

Forty plus years ago, our car was rear ended. Over the years, the pain increased. After years of searching for some lasting relief, I found Becky Dacus. And after only a few visits, I've experienced more relief and ease of movement. I can't wait for the next visit!
Thankful,
Eve
Just as Annie Sullivan worked her miracle of communication many years ago, Becky Dacus worked more than her share of miracles on my aging and increasingly limiting body. When Becky first worked on me in March, 2014, I was taking pain medications on a regular basis with little improvement; I was using poles for balance when walking on uneven ground; my range of motion was impeded by scar tissue, adhesions from various surgeries and accidents, and the aftermath of childhood polio; the list of physical activities that I could still enjoy was getting very short; I couldn't get comfortable; and I had poor alignment and digestion.
By the time Becky finished her standard series of RSI mixed with some of the other modalities she is skilled in using (a period of not quite 3 months), I was pain-free and comfortable without meds, perfectly aligned, 1" taller, no longer in need of my poles, and more energetic with less sleep. My digestive problems were greatly improved. I can now do virtually all of the things I used to enjoy many decades ago.
I feel more free than I have in 30-40 years! (I am 69)."

After my chiropractor cracked me too hard and my legs became so spasmed and weakened that I could barely walk a few feet, I was in real trouble. My occasional usual Rolfer was out of town and based on his unavailability and my concern that someone else better really know what they were doing because my spine was already damaged (as evidenced by MRI), he suggested Becky because of her advanced training. Although the spinal steroid shots from the neurologist were certainly helpful in relieving some of the pain and spasms, I was a long way off from getting around okay. She had to put out an extra step at her doorway so that I could get in because I was so weak. Somehow she has helped put me back together again but in a way that is better than before!
